General Introduction
Mobile water treatment equipment as called Mobile Water Station is a new product developed by Toption Machinery in recent years. It is a mobile water treatment system designed and constructed for temporary or emergency transportation and use in various places. Typically, these water treatment systems are mounted on trailers or trucks for easy transportation. The size and complexity of mobile water treatment equipment depends on the application requirements. Mobile water station is usually used for water treatment in remote or emergency situations. Mobile water treatment system ,water quality can reach the standard of pure water, at the same time equipped with generators, equipped with gasoline generator (diesel optional), in the case of power or no mains power only need to provide gasoline or diesel can start the equipment to produce water!
Working Process
The flow of a typical mobile water treatment system includes:
1. Take water: Water is taken from a source, such as a river or lake, through a filtered intake pipe to remove large debris and solids.
2. Pretreatment: The water is then treated, such as flocculation or precipitation, to remove suspended solids and reduce turbidity.
3. Filter: Water is passed through various types of filters to remove smaller particles, such as sand, activated carbon or multimedia filters.
4. Disinfection: The filtered water is treated with chemical disinfectants (such as chlorine or ozone) or physical disinfection methods (such as ultraviolet radiation) to kill harmful microorganisms.
5. Reverse osmosis: The water is then desalted or removed from dissolved inorganic contaminants by reverse osmosis (RO) or other membrane treatment techniques.
6. Distribution: Treated water is stored in tanks and then distributed to end users via pipelines or trucks.
7. Monitoring: Water quality is monitored throughout the system to ensure that it meets regulatory standards and is safe for use.
8. Maintenance: The system requires regular maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance and service life.
